Executive Chairman of Omala Local Government Council, Hon. Chief (Alh) Ibrahim Yakubu Aboh, the Deputy Speaker of Kogi State House Assembly Hon. Rabiu Momoh Alfa, Kogi East APC Zonal Chairman Hon. Alfa Muhammed, other government functionaries and highly revered dignitaries attended the 3rd day Fidau prayer of a renowned scholar, Late Professor Seidu O. Ogah whose sad event took place three days ago.
The Chairman of the local government used the ocassion to pray for the peaceful repose of the decease, and that GOD forbid such great lost to the land and humanity, describing late Prof Seidu as a blessing to numerous families when he held sway as Director General, National Space Research And Development Agency (NASRDA). Asked that the bereaved family exhibit patience, understand and believe in ALLAH. He beseeched Imams and Scholars present to pray for peace and unity of the country and her leadership at all levels.
Deputy Speaker of Kogi State House of Assembly, Hon. Alfa Momoh Rabiu expressed sadness over the lost, maintain that GOD does not do a thing in vain, hence they should take it as an act of GOD. He said the roles played by Professor Seidu Ogah in his selfless humanitarian services will ever remain indelible and challenged those he has uplifted to lift others. The DS pray that GOD rest his soul.
