A High Court sitting in Kabba, has today, Monday, affairmed Hon. Richard Akanmode as the Kogi West Peoples Democratic Party Zonal Chairman.
Prince Benson Omofe it would be recalled had dragged the Kogi State PDP and Richard Akanmode, to Court insisting that he was the duly elected Kogi Zonal Chairman of the party.
The crisis of the party’s Zonal Chairman in Kogi West began following the death of Barr. Kola Ojo, leading to a succession crisis.
Delivering his ruling, Justice Obayomi Samuel affairmed Hon Richard Akanmode as the party’s Zonal Chairman.
