The elections are fast approaching and sales of forms will be officially closed on (Sat 10th) December 2022.
It is anticipated that the period of (1 month) given is enough for ALL interested candidates to acquire, fill and return the forms to the committee for scrutiny. it is also worthy (of) note that, it’s within the powers of the committee to authenticate all claims mentioned upon which they may decide validate or disqualify candidates.
The forms are to be meticulously filled, with evidences of payments (for the form, dues and also those from sponsors) attached along side NOUN certificate(s).
It is also pertinent to note, *FORMS are serially coded* and each candidate has his/her record of purchase at the secretariat upon which the committee will verify (the) purchase before moving to next step, it’s therefore requested that, picture/pass photograph must not cover those security codes.
Completed forms and relevant documents are to be scanned in a one PDF file bearing the form number (Example: SEC 001, SEC 054) then send to the secretariat via the email, or WhatsApp of the Secretary or the Chairman.
However, the committee may look into possible extension of the Sales (with penalty) and communicate back to the general house.
