Hon Minister Of FCT State Her Excellency Hajia Dr Ramatu Tijjani Aliyu bags a credence Award of Excellence as STUDENT DOYEN for her outstanding performance and role in Education development in Òkunland, Kogi West and Kogi State at large by National Association of Yagba East Students.
While presenting the award, the NAYES President, expressed that if other leaders in the State could emulate the Hon Minister on Human capital development, youth and students empowerment, and Women empowerment various youth’s and Students agitation would be doused.
Hon Ola Adekunle Emmanuel who represent the Hon Minister on behalf of Hajia Ramatu thanked NAYES for the recognition noted that the Minister was humbled to have been recognized by the National body of National Association of Yagba East Students as Student Doyen.
Hon Ola counselled that youths must not take excuses from politicians to justify the existence of security threats, they must also refuse hasty generalization which demonizes an ethnic or religious group because of the criminal conduct of a few amongst them and that youths must hold leaders accountable, He also urge them all to be of good conduct.
Hon Ola Adekunle Emmanuel while receiving the award commend the President of NAYES and entire Students of Yagba East for the honor confer on the Hon Minister, and also promise that the award will motivate Hajia Dr Ramatu Tijjani Aliyu to do more, He dedicate the award to President Muhamadu Buhari for giving Hajia the opportunity to serve and giving back to the people at the Grassroot, Present at the occasion is Hon Ibitoye Olurotimi the RTA Coordinator Yagba East, Mr Ajayi Bamidele Director of Julitola group of School Lokoja, Dr Q.S Emmanuel Omopariola and few members of RTA foundation.
