Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello has commiserated with the House of Representatives Member Lokoja /Koto Federal Constituency, Barrister Shaba Ibrahim over demise of his Mother late Hajia Belikisu Suleiman
Governor Bello through a press release on Sunday by his Chief Press Secretary, Muhammed Onogwu described the demise of a mother as a painful experience irrespective of the age owing to the bond children often shared with their mothers
He expressed that mothers aside many things were the strong pillars of an individual hence their demise results in an unexplainable pain which only God Almighty could succor
Governor Bello described Hajia Suleiman Belkisu as a devout Muslim who dedicated her life to the service of her maker while she also committed herself to a lifetime of helping and promoting a compassionate society
While noting that the Matriarch would be sorely missed for her wise counsels, Governor Bello extended his thoughts and condolences to the immediate and distant family, the people of Lokoja/Koto Federal constituency and several other individuals touched by her demise
He offered prayers for God to grant her soul eternal rest and also console those grieved by her demise by granting them the fortitude to bear such irreplaceable loss.
