The Ayobahan of Benin Kingdom/Chief Executive of Bob lzua Conglomerate, Chief Dr. John Osamede Adun has called on the people of Edo state to take a critical look at the 2025 Budget of Edo state as presented by the Governor, Senator Monday Okpebholo.
Chief Adun said the content and the gains expected of the budget should be a subject of public discourse.
Chief Adun described the state Governor, senator Monday Okpebholo as a man who is committed to the development of Edo state in all sectors.
Chief Adun stated this in Benin City while speaking with Journalists in Edo State Capital.
He said the budget adequately covered critical sectors of the economy which include infrastructure, Health, Education , Agriculture, Security and other areas that will benefit and bring rapid development to Edo State.
Chief Adun emphasized that nobody was above mistake as even a former South Africa president made same mistake at a time.
He called on Edo people to encourage and support the State Governor to bring development to the doorsteps of the people.
