Gov Nwifuru’s Good Leadership Is The Reason For Mass Exodus of Opposition Parties In Ebonyi -APC Chieftain

The National Treasurer of the All Progressive Congress (APC) Chief Matthew Uguru has attributed the mass defection of stakeholders in the opposition political parties into the ruling All Progressive Congress APC in Ebonyi State to the good Leadership of Governor Nwifuru in all sectors in the State.
The party chieftain stated this during an interacting with newsmen in Abakaliki, the State capital.
Recall that the former Senate President Senator Anyim Pius Anyim, Ambassadors Lawrence Nwuruku, former Senator that represented Ebonyi Central zone Senator Obinna Ogba, Architect Edward Nkwegu 2023 Labour Party Governorship Candidate and his running mate Chief Nwabueze Aja and over One thousand others dumped their political parties and join APC during Local government campaign rally held at Pa Ngele Township stadium in Abakaliki.
Chief Uguru who lauded the Government of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for its renewed hope agenda which have given people the much needed democracy dividends they have been yearning for, commended the defectors for their bold steps and urged them to play according to the rules and regulations of the party as well as exploit their weight of knowledge to move APC forward in the State.
The APC chieftain while appreciating Governor Nwifuru for his dedication and commitment to achieving a greater Ebonyi State through peoples charter of needs mantra of his administration, described APC as the largest political party that would accommodate everybody in the Country, saying that the potentials it is made of from the grassroots to the Federal level was evidence to its success in the State.
According to the party chieftain, “the Government under the Leadership of Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru is working, the Governor is working and APC is working. Ebonyi is an APC State and we didn’t expect less than what we are seeing today. I am deeply encouraged for his leadership qualities, his administration is good for Ebonyi people” he said
The APC Chieftain, however, called on Ebonyi people to vote massively to all candidates of the All Progressive Congress APC in the forthcoming local Government and councilorship elections in the State so as to emerge victory at the polls.
