Following His Excellency’s approval for the establishent of the stool of OHI OF OKENE, as separate from the former OHI OF OKENGWE/OKENE, the new stool, the (OHI OF OKENE) shall be occupied by ALHAJI MAMMAN ISA OKATAHI AS APPROVED BY HIS EXCELLENCY, GOVERNOR YAHAYA BELLO.
Distinctly, the former Ohi of Okengwe/Okene is now OHI OF OKENGWE.
In the same vein, the vacant stool of the OHI OF EIKA, which is vacant after the deceased occupant, has gotten a replacement in the person of MALLAM UMAR MOMOHJIMOH OPEWU AS APPROVED BY HIS EXCELLENCY, GOVERNOR YAHAYA BELLO
Their official installation and presentation of staff of office to be done alongside with others come Saturday the 5th of March, 2022 at the Muhammadu Buhari Square, Lokoja Kogi State.
