Foremost Olamaboro Community Leader, Prince Alhassan Ejike Passes On.


 

A foremost Community Leader, Prince Alhassan Stephen Ejike has passed on.

The Olamaboro LGA born Prince died at the age of 69 after an illness.

A family statement signed by Friday Ejike, eldest son of the deceased Community Leader, said the date for the burial would be officially announced in due course.

Late Prince Alhassan Ejike is survived by a wife, children and many grandchildren, had his sojourn in the Northern part of the country, until his return to Kogi State, where he operated the NUJ Restaurant, was a reputable contractor and business man.

Meanwhile a condolence register has been opened in his house located within the 200 housing unit with sympathizers trouping in drove to register their condolence for a life well spent by the revered Community Leader.

As at time of writing this report, the NUJ Press Centre where he ran his Hospitality outfit is still in mourning mood with shops and the premises closed to businesses.

The Kogi State NUJ Chairman, Comr. Adeiza Momohjimoh, described the death of Prince Alhassan Ejike as a great loss, said the union would missed him greatly.
