The entire team and management of Fancy Media Team (FMT) heartily rejoice and embrace the patriotic and decisive resolve of members of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) in Kogi West Senatorial District to join the governing All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state.
Members of the party made their resolution to pitch their tent with the APC through its former Senatorial candidate for Kogi West in the 2023 general election, Barr. Abdulrahman Tanko Ozi.
Barr. Ozi who was the Minority Leader in Kogi State House of Assembly from 2007 to 2011 (Kogi Koton Karfe State Constituency) said their decision to collapse the entire structure of the SDP in Kogi West into APC was to support the governorship candidate of the APC, Alhaji Ododo Ahmed Usman (OAU)
The former Legislator noted that after meticulous analysis of all the candidates of the various political parties, including the SDP, he had to accept the obvious fact that only Alhaji Ododo Ahmed Usman (OAU) has the competence and needed criteria to unite all the various segments of the state.
While Fancy Media Team (FMT) wholeheartedly welcome Barr. Abdulrahman Tanko Ozi and his teeming supporters into the winning team, we make bold to say that the recent gale of defections from PDP and SDP into the broom party is a direct affirmation of our stance that Alhaji Ododo Ahmed Usman (OAU) and Comrade Joel Oyibo Salifu (JOS) are the candidates to beat in the November 11th governorship election.
We therefore, urge everyone to support and vote for Ododo/Oyibo joint ticket for sustainable development and also to remain firmly connected to the national political grid.
Together a prosperous Kogi State is possible.
