A former Chairman of Kogi State Council of the Nigeria Union of Journalists, (NUJ), Alhaji Ali Atabor has felicitated with the immediate past Commissioner of Information, Kano State, Mallam Mohammed Garba on his appointment as Chief of Staff to the new National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Dr. Abdullahi Ganduje.
Alhaji Ali Atabor in a congratulatory message to Mallam Mohammed Garba described the appointment as well deserved in view of the appointee’s track record of achievements in public service so far.
Alhaji Ali who also served as one time Caretaker Chairman of Igalamela/Odolu Local Government Area of Kogi State,noted with satisfaction that the appointee was already being rewarded for hardwork, loyalty, dedication and commitment to duty.
According to him, Mallam Mohammed Garba as the immediate past Commissioner of Information and also a former President of the NUJ demonstrated an uncommon leadership trait that has endeared him to lovers of hardwork, sincerity, honesty and transparency in service.
Alhaji Ali Atabor enjoined the new Chief of Staff to the APC National Chairman to sustain his commitment and honesty in the discharge of his new assignment, saying the sky will be his starting point.
“Mohammed Garba is a team player, very upright and accommodating personality. As then Chairman of Kogi State Council of NUJ, and Mohammed Garba then as President of NUJ, I can speak for his integrity, humaneness and piousness”.
Alhaji Ali Atabor prayed Allah to give Mallam Mohammed Garba sound health, more wisdom , greater strength and long life to enable him serve humanity.
