Engr. Joseph hails Governor Ododo’s Leadership, Commitment to Environmental Sustainability on One-Year Anniversary

Kogi State Commissioner for Environment and Ecological Management, Engr. Joseph Oluwasegun, has congratulated Governor Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo on his one-year anniversary in office, highlighting the governor’s exceptional leadership and commitment to environmental sustainability.
In his congratulatory message, Engr. Joseph described the governor as a leader with a strong commitment to sustainability and development.
“Governor Ododo’s visionary leadership, has transformed Kogi State through people-centric policies, prioritizing security, infrastructure, and peaceful coexistence.
The Commissioner noted that the governor’s environmental policies have created a positive impact, preserving the state’s natural resources and improving the quality of life for residents.
He commended His administration’s strides in tackling deforestation, promoting sustainable agriculture, improving waste management systems, implementing climate control measures and initiatives to prevent land degradation across the state.
He noted that, these effort have fostered a greater sense of environmental responsibility among Kogites, contributing to a healthier and more sustainable future for the state.
Engr.Joseph reaffirmed the Ministry’s commitment to supporting Governor Ododo’s vision for a sustainable future, and pledged to continue implementing policies that promote environmental conservation and economic growth
