The former Speaker of the Kogi State House of Assembly and Technical Adviser to Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo on Legislative Matters, Rt. Hon. Mathew Kolawole, has heartily felicitated with a distinguished daughter of Gbede Kingdom, prominent politician, business mogul and philanthropist per excellence, Chief (Mrs.) Toyin Omole on the occasion of her birthday anniversary.
Hon. Omole, who holds the revered traditional titles of Yeye Ewe of Gbede Kingdom, Yeye Olubewaji of Ekinrin-Adde Community and Yeye Amuludun of Odokoro Gbede, is also the Chairman/CEO of Fate Oil and Energy Services Limited, Fate Real Estate Limited and Founder of the Toyin Omole Foundation.
In a glowing birthday message personally signed by him, Rt. Hon. Kolawole described Chief Mrs. Toyin Omole as a woman of uncommon grace, virtue, courage and compassion whose life has been a testament of service to humanity, commitment to community development and loyalty to progressive ideals.
The former Speaker noted that Chief Mrs. Omole has distinguished herself as a colossus in business, a pillar in politics and a mother to the motherless through her foundation, which has continued to touch lives through support for widows, vulnerable families, youth empowerment, educational assistance and medical interventions across Ijumu, Kogi West and beyond.
According to Rt. Hon. Kolawole, “Chief Mrs. Toyin Omole is not just a sister and political associate, she is a priceless asset to Kogi State and to Gbede Kingdom. She is a woman whose generosity knows no bounds, whose humility despite her attainments is infectious and whose passion for the upliftment of our people remains inspiring. As Yeye Ewe of Gbede Kingdom, she has worn her traditional titles with honour, dignity and impact, bridging gaps and fostering unity and development.”
He added that her residence in the diaspora has never diminished her love for home, as she remains deeply connected to her roots, contributing immensely to cultural preservation and grassroots development, a quality he described as worthy of emulation by all well-meaning Kogites.
Rt. Hon. Kolawole prayed for the celebrant, asking God Almighty to grant her long life in sound health, greater wisdom, renewed strength and abundant prosperity to continue her noble service to humanity.
