A Chieftain of All Progressives Congress in Kwara State, Engr. Sunday Adebayo Babalola (FIMC, CMC, FCP) has felicitated with His Excellency, Colonel Theophilus Oladapo Ayinla Temidire Bamigboye (retd) on the occasion of his 71st birthday anniversary.
In a statement on Tuesday, Babalola noted that Bamigboye, has paid his dues for national growth and development.
Babalola wrote: “I felicitate with my dear elder brother, Former Military Administrator of Bauchi and Osun States, His Excellency, Retired Colonel Theophilus Oladapo Ayinla Temidire Bamigboye on the auspicious occasion of his 71st Birthday Anniversary on the surface of the earth, on Thursday 3rd February, 2022.
“Egbon, you diligently paid your dues while serving our dear nation in various capacities during your time in the Nigerian Army. You dedicated your life and time in defending the territorial integrity of our dear nation. You were one of the gallant soldiers who fought to save Nigeria from external attack and thereby rescued Nigerian Compatriots. While defending our nation, your dear life was on the line. In spite of that, you gave no thought of your life because your focus was to protect our people. It was Almighty God that magnanimously spared your life. You were ambushed and series of attempts were made to cut short your life. To God be The Glory who saved your life.
“My dear egbon, I celebrate you at 71.
“Colonel Theophilus Oladapo Bamigboye; my dearly beloved elder and cousin, you served our dear nation creditably well in various capacities and places you were privileged to have served. Your reign as Military Administrator of Bauchi State between 1996 to 1998 was outstanding. You also did wonderfully well while serving as Military Administrator of Osun State between 1998 to 1999, during the Military Regime of General Abdulsalam Abubakar.
“Boda Theo, I am proud of you for being a good ambassador of our family and for preserving the good image of Kwara State while serving as Military Governor of Bauchi State and later Military Governor of Osun State. History and posterity will be kind with you. Thank you indeed! Almighty God will continue to shower His loving kindness upon you.
“I wish you a resounding 71st Birthday Anniversary, my dear egbon.”
