Ejeh of Ankpa, HRM Alhaji Dr. Abubakar Sadiq Yakub Notifies Alhaji Suleiman Baba Ali of Conferment of Chieftaincy Title as Jikadan Ankpa.
Ankpa, Kogi State – In a significant development within the traditional leadership structure of Kogi State, His Royal Majesty Alhaji Dr. Abubakar Sadiq Yakubu Ejeh of Ankpa, Chairman of the Ankpa Traditional Council, Vice Chairman of the Igala Area Traditional Council, Member of the Kogi State Council of Chiefs, Member of the Northern Council of Chiefs, member Nigeria council of chiefs and Coordinator of the North Central Council of Chiefs, has officially notified the conferment of a Chieftaincy title on His Excellency Alhaji Suleiman Baba Ali.
Alhaji Suleiman Baba Ali has been named the “Jikadan Ankpa”—a revered title that symbolizes a trusted envoy and protector of the community. The formal coronation ceremony is expected to be announced in due course.
This notification, issued by the palace of His Royal Majesty, is in recognition of Alhaji Suleiman Baba Ali’s exceptional contributions to the growth and development of Ankpa, his unwavering dedication to public service, and his deep-rooted commitment to community advancement.
The conferment of the title “Jikadan Ankpa” reflects the traditional council’s acknowledgment of his leadership, philanthropy, and alignment with the values of the Ankpa Kingdom and the broader Igala nation.
