Eid El Kabir: Kogi State Council of Ulama’u Felicitates With Muslims.

The Kogi State Council of Ulama’u of Nigeria has congratulated Muslim faithful on the celebration of this year’s Eid El Kabir celebration.

The Council in a statement signed by Alh. Idris Baba Ango, urged faithful to observe the celebration with the spirit of strong faith in Allah as displayed by prophet Ibrahim and that of unflinching obedience as displayed to him by his son Ishmael.

The Council noted that faith and obedient are essential means to attaining the fear of God which is highly needed in today’s existence.

Council expressed gratitude to Gov. Yahaya Bello and his administration for his financial and moral support to all religious bodies in the State.

While calling on the need for a comprehensive reform that would address the challenges of the subsidy removal through policies that are targeted at social intervention program, council appeals to the Muslims generally to donate their animal skin to the council for skin banking for better utilization and benefit of the Ummah.
