The Strategic and Sustainable Academic Mapping Team PAAU Anyigba wishes to formally announce the official opening of her bi-annual academic symposium.
This edition tagged Learn, Go, Blast is slated to hold this week Wednesday 17th and Thursday 18th of August, 2022 respectively. Kick off time remains 12 noon daily. Guest speakers range from Profs Ifatimehin and Ukase, Alifa Nicholas and Mrs Grace Okpanachi, David Jagboro and Ogala, as well as Stephen Abu.
The Convener of the symposium, Alidu Ojonugbede Samuel reiterated that the event, in an attempt to escape boredom has laced the symposium with dance performances from students, spoken words, comedy, instrumentation and lots more.
He further notes that the second day shall be dedicated to SSAM’s maiden Interdisciplinary Quiz and Idea/Innovation Challenge where over 20 contestants have been drawn from all faculties.
The team hopes that academics and general mindset of the university community would improve greatly.
