… DOLES OUT ITEMS WORTH OVER 10 MILLION NAIRA
Otunba Adeniyi Olayemi (So’Mi Edumare) Kogi West Peoples Democratic Party Senatorial Aspirant has in his usual generosity distributed foodstuffs as well as goats worth millions of naira as part of the Easter celebration.
So’Mi Edumare thanked the people of his senatorial district for the numerous support he enjoyed during the burial of his late mother, Hon. Mrs. Margaret Olayemi. He said he remains grateful for their immense show of love.
He used the opportunity to commend the electorates for their steadfastness and loyalty to the party, adding that the PDP remains the party with a clear cut developmental and political agenda to rescue the nation from the present economic and security challenges.
He further stated that he is optimistic that the present PDP constituted reconciliation committee will do their best to resolve the internal crisis in the party, assured that aggrieved members should remain steadfast and discard the idea of leaving the party for the already failed and rejected ruling party.
He also said that he’s of the opinion that the leaders of the party are not well taken care of as they should, hence his efforts will be tailored towards consistently and adequately providing for them always.
So’Mi Edumare called on the party representatives at all levels to make sure that leaders welfare remain one of their topmost priority by giving them special consideration.
He prayed for the party’s succesful reconciliation and also solicit their unflinching support.
While wishing party members and electorates a wonderful Easter celebration, Otunba Adeniyi, called on people of the western district to emulate Christ at Easter by preaching love and tolerance, adding that Christ is the reason for the season.
