Abuja, Nigeria — In a ceremony marked by pomp, glitz, and glamour, Dr. Hajiya Ramatu Ibrahim, Director of Contact and Mobilization for the City Boy Movement, North Central Zone, has been awarded the Best Community Builder Award in recognition of her outstanding contributions to community development and humanitarian service.

The award was presented by the Arewarmu Duniyarmu African Chiefdom and Council during an event held on Saturday, May 2, 2026, at the Dr. Maryam Babangida Centre for Women Development in the Central Business District, Area 10, Garki, Abuja.

According to the organizers, the honour acknowledges Dr. Ibrahim’s sustained efforts in improving the lives of communities across Nigeria and the African continent through various development and humanitarian initiatives.
Dr. Ibrahim, a respected community leader, also holds several traditional chieftaincy titles, including Jaruma Matan Africa, Omi-Akele Atta Igala, and Doyenne of the Nigerian Masses. These titles, observers say, underscore her influence and commitment to fostering unity and development beyond religious, political, and ethnic boundaries.
