
Dr. Ater Hails Simon Shango At Autobiography Presentation In Abuja

As tributes continue to pour in from Nigerians across the country in honour of Simon Shango following the presentation and launch of his autobiography, Thought Of A Servant of Humanity, a frontline governorship aspirant on the platform of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in Benue State for the 2027 elections, Dr. Simon Ater, has also eulogized the elder statesman for his outstanding life of service to Benue State and Nigeria at large.
Dr. Ater made this known during the official unveiling of the book on Saturday, February 28, 2026, at the Shehu Musa Yar’Adua Centre in Abuja. The event attracted dignitaries and well-wishers from diverse backgrounds across the country.
In his remarks, Dr. Ater described Simon Shango as a teacher, mentor, and living legend whose life epitomizes patriotism, hard work, integrity, and humanitarian service. He noted that Shango’s contributions to society remain a shining example for both present and future generations.
