DIPF Erects Classroom Structures, Provides Reading Desks In South East Schools

Group under the umbrella of De Imperial Philanthropic Family (DIPF) has provided reading desks and commissioned built classroom structures which were parts of it’s approved intervention projects for 2026 year, aimed at advancing conducive learning environment to selected schools in the south east geopolitical region.

The projects have also been handover to the five governors of the region to manage.
Speaking during the commissioning of one of its projects built at Isuachara Primary School in Onicha local government area of Ebonyi state, the national president of DIPF, Dr. Darlington Nwabunike said erecting classrooms blocks were among the new intervention projects the organization adopted.
According to him, “we have decided to erect infrastructure to schools in the rural areas of in south east states in our 2026 annual intervention projects this is in addition to the fourth phase programme of De Imperial Philanthropic Family which is scholarship and the second phase which is targeting top JAMB performers.
“And De Imperial Philanthropic Family (DIPF) has already completed erecting these classrooms structures in some selected primary and secondary schools in South East.
“And the benefitting schools were community secondary school Nando Anambra East, in Anambra State, Comprehensive Secondary school Eziawa in Orsu local government area of Imo state and Central Primary School Iwollo Ezeagu local government in Enugu state.
“Also were Community Primary School Ihie-Isuochi in Umunnechi local government area of Abia State and a three rooms blocks in Isuachara Primary School Isu in Onicha local government area of Ebonyi state and that is the place we are standing.
“And our major reason why DIPF has added structure and provided reading desks to its projects is that we what to catch them young by providing conducive learning environment where our children will study and score good grade and that is why we are here today in Onicha LGA of Ebonyi state to commission.
“De Imperial Philanthropic Family is solely entrepreneurs from south east extraction that came and put their plans and resources together to develop and elevate poverty in the region and have also handover those structures to their respective state governments to manage including this 3 classrooms to Ebonyi state government,”he explained.
Nwabunike further stated that the group
has also expanded its scholarship scheme across the five states in Southeast geopolitical zone, stressing that it were also contained in DIPF 2026 intervention projects.
Insideoutnews learnt that group held it’s 2026 extraordinary 4-days annual general meeting in Okija, Anambra State.
In an interview with journalists, the Chief Executive Officer of Best Brain Contest and DIPF Scholarship Consultant, Dr. Frank Igbojindu, commended the organisation for sustaining and advancing it’s commitment to youth development through education.
He noted that such interventions are critical in shaping the future of young Nigerians and bridging educational gaps across the region.
De Imperial Philanthropic Family had in 2025 cleared hospital bills for over 75 indigent patients at Alex Ekwueme federal Teaching Hospital, Abakaliki.
