The Nigerian Union of Electricity Employee, Kogi State Council has elected a new Executive, with Comr. Monday Musa Aduku emerging as the new Chairman for Kogi State.
NUEE Kogi State Council today held its Triennial Delegates Conference, where it elected officers to the
State Council and Women Wing, and also Inaugurated its youths wing at the Lilly Grand Hotel phase 2 lokoja.
In his post election speech, Comr. Monday Musa Aduku assured of a working collaboration with all members to move the union forward.
Earlier in his outgoing remarks, Comr. Segun Medupin, the former State NUEE Chairman, thanked members who contributed to making there stay in office victorious, solicited more support for the incoming Executives to enable them meet the yearning and aspirations of members.
The Triennial Delegates Congress of NUEE had the National Organizing Secretary of NUEE, Comr. Engr. Ayodele Kolade Stephen and Comr. Chief Athur Anwah, Vice President Professional.
The Chairman, Nigerian Labour Congress, Kogi State, Comr. Onuh Edoka, was represented by Comr. Segun Ahemeru and Comr. Paul Omale, Chairman JNC and Secretary respectively.
The AEDC Management Abuja were represented by Mr. Ibukun Francis and Comr. Alh. Sanni.
The Regional Manager of AEDC Kogi State, Mr. Lamidi Obadeki, appreciated executive for maintaining dialogue as there watchwords, appreciated there efforts in ensuring that the Region ranked top in cash collection.
