Comr. Ben Jerry Lauds Kogi East APC Leaders, Hail Deputy Governor, others
The Kogi State Chairman, National Youth Council of Nigeria, Comr. Ben Jerry has praised Kogi East Leadership of the All Progressives Congress for providing the right leadership and impactful support to Youths of the area.
Comr. Jerry in a statement issued to Newsmen, particularly praised the State Deputy Governor, Elder Salihu Oyibo for giving the East the right leadership, commended him for carrying the leaders of the area along in decision making.
While acknowledging that under the leadership of the Deputy Governor, there now seem to be a well defined structure for decision making, expressed satisfaction that Youths of the area are major beneficiary of the Kogi East Leaders.
Similarly, Comr. Jerry commended the Deputy Speaker, Kogi State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Comfort Uwochola. The NYCN Chairman lauded the Zonal APC Chairman, Hon. Mohammed Nashiru Alfa as well as the former Zonal Vice Chairmen of the Kogi East All Progressives Congress, pointing out that without mincing words, people of Kogi East have proven that with the right environment and leadership, they can be united and speak with one voice.
The NYCN Chairman commended Comr. Onuh Edoka, Special Adviser to Kogi State Governor on Labour Matters and Prof Salisu Usman Ogbo, Rector, Kogi State Polytechnic Lokoja for their support to Kogi Youth from the Eastern Senatorial District, said their leadership role and support for the youth remains unprecedented.
He further described the Lawmaker representing Olamaboro State Constituency, Hon. Bobby Ujah as another pillar of support for the youths of Kogi State, urged for sustained support to enable the youths continue to benefit dividends of democracy.
The State NYCN Chairman commended Gov. Usman Ahmed Ododo for his fairness, equity and justice in the distribution of resources, said the district has enjoyed so much attention from the present administration.
Comr. Jerry thanked Gov. Ododo for what he has been able to do in terms of infrastructure development, said
despite Igala agenda displayed during the last election, Gov. Ododo has shown distinctive leadership qualities.
While acknowledging the resuscitation of Radio Kogi Ochaja by Gov. Ododo, Comr. Jerry said the Youth will continue to be grateful to him for his large hearts, thanked the Kogi East Leaders for their commitment to uplifting the youths of the area.
