The Kogi State Commissioner for Finance, Budget and Economic Planning, Mukadam Asiwaju Asiru Idris has Felicitated With Children From the State on the celebration of this year’s Children’s day.
In a message of felicitations, the Turaki Kotonkarfe, Commended Gov. Yahaya Bello for building a strong institution for the growth and development of Kogi Children.
According to the statement:
” I am delighted to mark this year’s Children’s Day and celebrate our children, who are the future Leaders.
Our children remains the most important stakeholders in the Nigerian project and all our developmental efforts must be geared towards building a vibrant country with critical institutions and structures to assure a better future for them.
In Kogi State, children are beneficiaries of very pragmatic reforms Gov. Yahaya Bello has undertaken in the education sector over these past years.
It is indeed fulfilling that we can see the evidence of the huge investment made in transforming the way our children learn, which is manifest in the outcomes from our basic and other educational Sectors.
As we celebrate our children today, Gov. Bello is even more emboldened to deepen the reforms he has started and will continue to place their interest and welfare as top priority in our pursuit of a better society.
I wish all Kogi children a very happy Children’s Day as I laud Gov. Bello For making Children, Education and welfare cardinal in his administration’s thematic areas.
