A career Ambassador, Chief (Mrs ) Regina Ocheni is to be conferred with a Chieftiancy title of Ogajiya Etemahi on Friday this week.
A statement by the Organising Committee said the conferment of the title on Chief (Mrs ) Ocheni is in recognition of her excellence in public service and humanitarian activities.
The Etemahi Igalamela, Chief Abel Etuh, who is also the Chairman of the Traditional Council of the Local Government will perform the ceremony at his Palace, Ajaka at ten o’clock in the morning.
Chief (Mrs ) Regina Ocheni who is among the recent Career Ambassadors appointed by President Muhammadu Buhari, is the wife of the immediate past Minister of State Labour and Employment, professor Stephen Ocheni.
Similarly, a special reception in honor of Chief (Mrs ) Ocheni organized by Igalamela Community Development Association also holds on Friday.
The ceremony will take place at the Medical and Health Workers Union of Nigeria Hall, Ajaka at one o’clock in the afternoon.
