Chief David Shola Aiyedogbon a stakeholder of APC in Kogi State, leader and elder of the party in Kabba/Bunu/Ijumu Federal Constituency of Kogi State is no doubt imbued with the requisite capacity, national and international connections and network for a glorious representation for the people of his constituency come 2023.
He is indeed coming into the contention on the strength of his achievements and pedigree in philanthropic tourch of the lives of the people with his personal God given resources and endeowment.
When Chief David Shola Aiyedogbon set out to transforming his rural community and make it a city shining on the hill, politics was not in his contention. It was then a sheer selfless service fired by his love and care for humanity.
Though he may appear to many as a new entrant in the political arena, from his positive political contributions in building men and women into political elective positions over the years, he is in fact a formidable political force in his Federal Constituency and beyond; he has acquainted himself with the dos and dons of Kabba/Bunu/Ijumu political process, building bridges with power players.
Kabba Bunu/Ijumu federal constituency has many political philanthropists, people who indulge in the act of giving which must be acknowledged, Barrister Charvid is obviously shoulder among the lot.
Chief David Shola Aiyedogbon is an example of a philanthropist in the true sense of the word, sparing no cost in his avowed mission of helping humanity, his community, empowering fellow humans with his personal resources, and expecting no undue public awe in return.
He is indeed one of the biggest philanthropists in Kabba Bunu/Ijumu federal constituency of this time.
Mr Charvid is indeed the joker of APC in Kabba Bunu/Ijumu in it’s bid to clinching victory, the right person to prove the capacity and competence of the party in Kabba Bunu/Ijumu come 2023.
The fact that he remains untainted by the murky waters of the Nigerian politics is a plus to the teeming followers and supporters who are vowed to going the journey with him.
Mr Charvid comes without any baggage, unfettered and Free from any soiled past.
Aside the fact that he’s a retired Civil Servant, business man and self made man,he has no godfather and therefore has no strings that will impede his ability to deliver on the job and affect his mission.
Since Joining APC, Barister Charvid has been one of the biggest financiers of the party in Kabba Bunu/Ijumu federal constituency.
He is aptly dubbed the Lion of Africa, he evokes fear among other contenders because he is always at home with the masses at the grassroots, the traditional rulers, the religious class, the elites and the downtown masses.
Chief David Shola Aiyedogbon was recently awarded an award of recognition for his meritorious gestures towards bettering the lives of the people by the Kogi State Council Of the Nigeria Union Of Journalist (NUJ), a testimonial of his philanthropic contributions.
If APC decide to present a consensus candidate for the general election, Chief David Shola Aiyedogbon’s chances are very high because he is largely seen as a natural aspirants without ties to any Party bloc, and with the force, the means, the energy and the capacity to turn around the fortunes of the party at the election and emerge victorious.
