As the May 12 2022 PDP primary election to field a candidate for the House of Representatives elections slated for next year draws near, there is a growing conversation around which Local Government in Okene/Ogori Magongo the PDP delegates will be voting for.
Howbeit, the choice is clear. The facts are out there. The records are there for all to look at. The option before the PDP delegates is straight-forward. The consensus in terms of meeting of minds is loud enough. Almost everybody in Okene Local Government is of the opinion that 2023 is the year to get it right in Okene/Ogori Magongo Federal Constituency.
Okene/Ogori Magongo Federal Constituency has long enough suffered backwardness. Come 2023, if the constituency don’t get it right, it may become the most backward federal constituency in Nigeria.
Yet again, the huge question of marginalization posed at the citizens of the constituency is as loud as a bang and as worrisome as a cancer that needs to be disposed off already before it eats off the entire body.
Okene people are known to be noble people that hate “ameri” (cheating; in Ebira language). Hence, there is therefore a growing consensus across the nooks and crannies of the constituency especially in Okene, that somebody from Ogori Magongo Local Government represents the Okene/Ogori Magongo Federal Constituency in 2023.
Good enough, there is a good material from Ogori Magongo Local Government right now, waiting to fulfill that call on destiny. He is none other than Captain Timi Iyela.
Captain Iyela is an embodiment of capacity and he is a consensus image fully endorsed right now even across party lines in the constituency, to represent Okene/Ogori Magongo Federal Constituency at the House of Representatives, come 2023.
Captain Timi Iyela is that avenue by which the PDP will walk the moral high ground of sense of belonging.
Come May 12, 2022; all the PDP delegates need to do to prove yet again that the party is a party of noble men and noble women just as the Ebiras historically are and trustfully will be when they go to vote for the next Representative of Okene/Ogori Magongo in 2023, is to cast their votes for Captain Timi Iyela.
Voting for Captain Timi Iyela is saying an overwhelming Yes to “New and Better” things to come to Okene/Ogori Magongo Federal Constituency, a constituency that is fast becoming famous for backwardness due to years of under-representation.
Hence when the PDP delegates vote for Captain Timi Iyela on May 12, they will be endorsing new and better things to come to Okene/Ogori Magongo Federal Constituency.
For a New and Better Okene/Ogori Magongo Federal Constituency that is as well saying No to marginalization, the PDP delegates are trusted by all people of good conscience in the Federal Constituency, to do their own bit as party delegates that will nominate a flagbearer for the election in 2023, by voting for Captain Timi Iyela, come May 12, 2022.
