The Supreme Court has faulted the Currency redesign policy and has declared the implementation invalid.
The Supreme in a Judgement Said the old N200, N500 and N1,000 notes remain legal tender till December 2023.
The Supreme Court in a unanimous decision gave the judgment in Abuja today.
