Breaking: Bus, Passengers Burnt At Nataco Lokoja


 

… Several passengers burnt rescued to FMC Lokoja

 

 

 

An eighteen seater Hiace bus conveying passengers and passing through Lokoja today got burnt in Nataco with fourteen passengers cheating death and being roasted while two lost their lives

The destination of the bus and where it is traveling to is yet to be ascertained as at time of this report but report said they were on traveling to Zamfara.

Some of the passengers were narrowly rescued in the inferno and have been rushed to the Federal Medical Centre Lokoja.

The number of casualty is yet to be ascertained as many of the passengers got burnt in the incident but are in FMC Lokoja and other facilities in Lokoja.

The cause of the fire could not be ascertained, but a rescue team of the Federal Road Safety Corps have been deployed to control traffic and rescue those injured .. Continue reading
