The Kogi State Commissioner For Solid Minerals and Natural Resources, Engr Bashiru Gegu, has described the coming of Gov. Usman Ahmed Ododo as the best thing to happen to the State.
In a heartfelt and inspiring birthday message, Engr. Bashiru Gegu, the Kogi State Commissioner for Solid Minerals and Natural Resources, extended warm and profound birthday greetings to the Governor of Kogi State, His Excellency, Gov. Usman Ahmed Ododo.
In a statement made available to the press on Tuesday, Engr. Gegu described Gov. Ododo as a beacon of hope, a visionary leader, and a shining example of dedication and service to the people of Kogi State.
He commended the Governor for his unwavering commitment to the development and progress of the state, noting that his leadership has brought about significant improvements in various sectors, including solid minerals and natural resources.
“On this special day, I wish to extend to you, Your Excellency, my warmest congratulations and best wishes on your birthday. May this day mark the beginning of a new year of blessings, good health, and success in all your endeavors.
“May Allah continue to guide you and grant you the wisdom to make decisions that will continue to transform Kogi State for the better.”
Engr. Gegu also lauded Gov. Ododo for his exemplary leadership style, which he described as people-centric and inclusive. He noted that the Governor’s ability to bring together people from diverse backgrounds and perspectives has been instrumental in driving progress and development in the state.

Engr. Gegu described Gov. Ododo’s administration as the best the State has witnessed, citing the Governor’s achievements in the solid minerals and natural resources sector.
