The Kogi State Commissioner For Water Resources, Engr Yahaya MD Farouk has described his twin counterpart, Commissioner of Environment and Ecology Management, Engineer Joseph Olusegun, as a man with exceptional talent, commended him for helping with the objectives of the present administration of Gov Usman Ahmed Ododo.
Engr. Farouk in a statement issued to congratulate the Commissioner For Environment and Ecological Management, said men like Engineer Joseph Olusegun are rare to come by.
He described his simplicity and unassuming disposition to diligently serving the State with all his might, prayed Almighty Allah to bless his new age.
