“We appreciate your unassuming disposition, rare sense of empathy and indelible accomplishments since you assumed the leadership of NULGE in the State.

“You are the true reflection of the axiom, when the righteous rule the people rejoice. Since you, we have seen the unseen hands of God in your leadership.

Under your leadership, NULGE workers started enjoying increased in percentage payment of salaries until it got to 100%.

Under your tenure, we saw NULGE enjoy the new minimum wage of N72000. Today, we have seen the conduct of backlog of promotion interviews as well as the Governor’s commitment to the cash backing of the promotion.

Under your leadership, every day in NULGE the people have one positive testament to reference about as NULGE members are now proud to be called workers, with the restoration of their respect and dignity.

“Your new Age looks so good on you, and it radiates admirably in your immutable journey as a seasoned Comrade who knows his onions.

“As you enter the next phase of your life, we have no doubt that you will continue to deliver quality and indelible services for a workable Kogi State NULGE and Nigerian as a whole.

“Indeed, posterity will remember you as a shining star among your peers and an invaluable contributor to the upliftment of humanity.
