The Kogi State Commissioner For Water Resources, Engr. Yahaya MD Farouk, has described the All Progressives Congress Chairman, Lokoja LGA, Hon. Maikudi Bature as one who has added value to strengthening the party in Lokoja LGA.
The Commissioner added that the APC Chairman has proven to be an outstanding administrator of repute, managing men for the success of the party.
