Barr. Dare in a statement issued to Newsmen in Lokoja described the Special Adviser as a man who knows the art of information Communication.
He lauded his immeasurable contributions to the administration of Gov Ododo in ensuring that the activities of the State Governor reached the nooks and crannies of the State.
