The Kogi State Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, Hon Wemi Jones has sent a message of felicitations to the Vice Chancellor, Federal University Lokoja, Prof. Akinwumi Olayemi on the auspicious occasion of his Birthday.
The Commissioner congratulated the Vice Chancellor, said he is proud of his positive exploits as at the Federal University Lokoja
In his birthday message made available to newsmen in Lokoja, Hon. Jones described the Vice Chancellor as a “thorough breed Academic and Administrator who has been used by God to turn around the FUL positively”.
“He thinks and dreams about FUL. He is a blessing to humanity. Through his Foundation, he has also touched many lives positively and has helped thousands reach their heights”, the statement reads.
Hon. Jones said the Vice Chancellor has used his office to reposition the FUL urged him to do more for the people of Kogi State.
The statement adds: “I am proud of who Prof. Olayemi is. We saw all these qualities in him a long time ago. He is accessible and have open mind to issues and people. He is a humble giant who has worked hard behind the scene to make FUL world class.
“It is your day our amiable Vice Chancellor. May God continue to bless you. May you continue to progress and attain greater heights. Happy birthday sir”.
