The Conference of States Pilgrimage Leaders and Managers have pledged their support to Bishop Adegbite Stephen, Executive Secretary, Nigeria Pilgrimage Commission.
The conference of states pilgrimage leaders and managers in Nigeria made the disclosure in a statement to congratulate the Executive Secretary of the Nigeria Christian Pilgrims Commission, Bishop Prof. Stephen Adegbite on his 56th birthday.
In a statement jointly signed by the conference Chairman and Secretary Bishop David Moradeyo and Dr Simeon Onakpa, expressed gratitude to God for preserving the life of the Executive Secretary. According to the statement, Bishop Adegbite Stephen led NCPC has recorded a milestone in pilgrimage operation in Nigeria.
According to the Conference of States Leaders and Managers the recent Retreat and pre-visit to Israel and Jordan was an indication of professor Adegbite’s new innovation to transforming Christian Pilgrimage.
The Conference lauds Adegbites commitment to reposition pilgrimage in Nigeria, called on all Christians and other Christians to support him in his desire to uphold the spiritual tenet of pilgrimage in Nigeria.
The Conference of States Pilgrimage leaders and Managers pledge their unflinching support of various states towards a successful flag off of the next phase of pilgrimage in Nigeria.
While wishing Bishop Adegbite many more happy returns of this day, advised pilgrims who have been screened from various states to be patient with the pilgrimage operator umbrella body the NCPC as efforts has reached advanced stage.
The Conference advised Pilgrimage States who are yet to screen their intending pilgrims to do so immediately.
