The Kogi State Commissioner For Environment and Ecological Management, Engr. Oluwasegun Joseph, has sent a message of felicitations the State Commissioner For Water Resources on the auspicious occasion of his birthday, wishing him a joyous and prosperous birthday anniversary.
In a message to congratulate him, the Environment Commissioner described Engr. Farouk as an asset to Kogi State, expressed happiness that his hardwork to reposition the Water Resources Ministry stands out.

He said his birthday not only afford the opportunity to celebrate the passing of another remarkable year for a Water Resources Sector, added that the remarkable legacies Engr. Yahaya has laid down will outlive his generation.
He urged the Engr Farouk to continue to build on the growth and development of the Water Resources Ministry by ensuring that the feat attained with the Old Lokoja Water Works has complemented in the development of the State.
