BEBM KOGI EXHIBITION IN LOKOJA COMMENCES TODAY, TUESDAY 6TH DECEMBER, 2022


 

 

The BEBM Exhibitions has announced that all is set for this year’s edition of the annual Kogi Built Environment and Building MateriaLs Exhibitions in Lokoja from today Tuesday 6th to Thursday 8th December, 2022 at the Conference Arena of Idrinana Hotels and Suites, Lokoja by 10am each day with the theme, Building Smart Environment Using Made in Nigeria Building Materials.

The Exhibitions is an annual conversation for the practitioners of the built environment aimed at sharing ideas, researches, and innovations with the manufacturers and end users of building materials in an attempt to bring about proper use and management of human environment and its natural resources.

It is the biggest Environmental Management, Housing Development and Construction Expo in Kogi State. It is also a forum for exchange of ideas and Innovations by trades men and women, professionals in the built environment and its stakeholders.
In a chat after the Pre-Exhibition meeting to assess the level of preparations. The Climate Change Consultant of the BEBM Exhibitions, Moses Adedeji revealed that the exhibitors invited to the event are being streamlined to 29 exhibitors. This is because this year’s exhibition is plan to be an indoor event.
According to him 29 Building Materials producers has been shortlisted. He explained further that 10 service providers relating to the built environment have shown interest to attend and participate in this important event. The organizations include service agencies like Kogi Enterprise Development Agency, Corporate Affairs Commission, Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeri, Standard Organization of Nigerian, CBN, FERMA, and NIRSAL amongst others.
The exhibitions will also host special sessions for the discussion of topical issues tagged as; Cement Users Interaction, West African Ceramics Tiles Day and MSMEs Conversation scheduled for 6,7 and 8 December, 2022 respectively.
The general public particularly the professionals in the Built environment and business concerns are encouraged to attend the exhibitions.
The event will span three days full exhibitions, discussions on Innovations, and recognition of genuine contributions to the built environment through award and medal presentation. The business funding opportunities in the Built Environment sector shall also be discussed at various levels.
