The Senior Special Assistant to the Executive Governor on Cultural Integration, Amb. Kemi Olawumi has enjoined Nigerians, Particularly Kogites to be optimistic and to embrace a positive mind-set as they enter the New Year 2022, filled with renewed trust in God Almighty.
In her New Year message, the Senior Special Assistant congràtulated the people of the State, Gov. Yahaya Bello on the occasion of entering 2022 in peace and tranquility.
The Senior Special Assistant however, urged Nigerians to look beyond the shortfalls and negatives of the past and approach the New Year with optimism and positive expectations.
While she thanked God for the good health and peace the people of the State are enjoying, prayed that the Positives and advantages enjoyed in the last year would be surpassed in 2022.
She advised citizens to shun every attempt to create fear and apprehension by the predictions of doom, assurred that 2022 would be a year of harvest in all areas of live.
She appreciated the efforts of Gov Yahaya Bello in securing the State, called on all the citizens to be vigilant and to report any security breach to the concerned agencies, assurred that the State would continue to be safe by the Grace of God.
Amb. Olawumi thanked the good Lord for making it possible for citizens to see the New Year, urged that as we celebrate, let us remember our brothers and sisters who are less privileged and to share with them in the season.
She urged citizens to in the new year do good towards their neighbours, live in peace and harmony with everyone, disclosed that if everyone shows love and shares love the society would be a better place.
