The People of Bassa Local Government Area have been called upon to vote massively for candidates of their choice in Saturday Election.
The Aguma of Ozongulo Chief Jonah Chabani made the call while speaking with News men in his palace at Kpanche the headquarters of Ozongulo Ward of Bassa Local Government Area.
Chief Chabani said it was important to participate actively in all electoral process of electecting Leaders that will Govern them.
The Clan Head of Ozongulo Chief Jonah Isaac descourage electoral apathy from the electorates pointing out that voters card was good to elect good Leaders.
The Royal father called on the electorates to maintain peace and Unity before, during and after the electoral exercise adding that peace is sacrosanct to the development of Bassa Local Government Area.
The Aguma of Ozongulo Commended security agents,officials of INEC for ensuring professionalism and charge them to maintain same in Saturday Election.
Chief Jonah Isaac Chabani appealed to the state government to upgrade him to second class status stressing out his traditional colleague’s in other parts of the state have enjoyed several elevation.
The Royal father Also called on the state government as a matter of urgency Construct Oguma Sheria community bridge noting that the construction of Oguma Kpanche Ikende roads was also important for construction.
Aguma Jonah reiterate determination to maintained peace in his domain and advise Son and daughters of Ozongulo clan to remain united and supportive of the present Administration of Governor Yahaya Bello.
