Women political support group by the name ASUKU WOMEN POLITICAL NETWORK FOR ODODO/OYIBO 2023, KOGI STATE have expressed their happiness and joy as they congratulated the Executive Governor of Kogi State, His Excellency, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello, CON, the Governor-Elect and his Deputy Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo (OAU) and Comrade Joel Oyibo Salifu (JOS) as well as the entire family of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kogi State and Federal levels.
According to the President of the group, Hon. Hajiya Fatima Abdulkarim Allah-Dey who also doubles as Special Adviser to the Executive Governor of Kogi State on Stakeholders’ Relations II, while fielding questions with Journalists in Lokoja that Hon. Pharm. Abdulkareem Muhammad Jamiu Asuku, the Chief of Staff to the Governor has been the supporting pillar and showing purposeful Leadership since the emergence and formation of the group.
She emphasize the need to redouble efforts to support the incoming administration of ODODO/OYIBO while still working on ways forward for the present administration of GYB up till 27th of January, 2024 which is the scheduled date for handing over to the next Government in Kogi State.
She prayed for His Excellency, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello, CON for a successful end of his second tenure just as she passionately called on all Kogites both at Home and in the Diaspora to close ranks in unity to further develop our Confluence State of Opportunities, she concluded.
