Asuku Rallies Bariki Ward APC Stakeholders, Leads Delegation to Gov. Ododo
Former Chief of Staff to ex-Governor Yahaya Bello, Pharmacist Abdulkareem Moh’d Jamiu Asuku, on Saturday met with key All Progressives Congress stakeholders in Bariki Ward to strengthen the party’s grassroots machinery ahead of future elections.
The meeting, which had in attendance party leaders, elders, youth representatives, and mobilisers, focused on unity, mobilisation, and voter outreach.
Addressing the gathering, Asuku charged members to remain united, committed, and organised, noting that the APC’s success hinges on teamwork and sustained grassroots engagement. He urged stakeholders to set aside differences and work toward a common goal.
Immediately after the meeting, Asuku led the delegation on a courtesy visit to Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, where he assured the governor of their loyalty and readiness to support the APC’s continued progress in the state.
In his response, Governor Ododo commended the delegation for their initiative and reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to inclusive governance and party unity across Kogi State.
