……….Preliminaries Starts Tomorrow with 20 Schools.

In line with the avowed commitment to energise education through intellectual competition the conveners of the Kogi Built Environment and Building Materials Exhibitions have scheduled to host a quiz competition in honour of the House of Representatives Member for Ijumu and Kabba Bunu Local Government Federal constituency, Arch. Salman Idris.

The quiz competition for secondary schools in the constituency is aimed at promoting education development amongst the schools.

According to a release by Hon. Oladipo Bayode, Arch. Salman Idris was the “Kogi Man of the Year” of the Kogi But Environment and Building Materials Exhibitions in 201, he appealed to the heads of public Secondary Schools across the LGAs to support their schools for the competition.

The competition which is in collaboration with the Built Environment, Building Materials BEBM Exhibitions will expose the students to new ideas and knowledge that will make them competitive in a dynamic and ever changing world.

Having indicated interest to participate in the highly intellectual gauge of our students in the secondary rung of educational system, 20 secondary schools and colleges have been selected for the preliminary of the competition.

The statement also called on the Management of these schools to give the maximum support for their students and equally solicit the support of the general public for the successful hosting of the maiden BEBM Exhibitions/ Arch. Salman Idris’ quiz competition
