APPRECIATIONS
In a seperate remark, Dr. Farouq Ndamadu Musa appreciates the sons and daughters of Lokoja native, our respected elders, stakeholders, leaders, and well-wishers for the overwhelming support, recommendations, prayers and goodwill extended to me during the process leading to the appointment of Prof. Salihu Sanusi as the Rector of Kogi State Polytechnic.
Dr. Farouq is grateful to our father and royal leader, the Maigari of Lokoja, for his fatherly blessings, prayers and steadfast support throughout the process. He also thank all the political leaders, religious leaders, professional colleagues, youths and friends for their recommendations and encouragement.
It is however important to emphasize that leadership and service go beyond positions. Dr. Farouq remain fully committed to working with all constituted authorities, our leaders and the newly appointed Rector in the interest of institutional growth, community development and the overall progress of Lokoja and Kogi State.
He also acknowledge and respect all other distinguished personalities who aspired to serve. This moment calls for unity, collaboration and shared responsibility as we collectively pursue the continuous growth and development of our dear state.
Once again, I say thank you to everyone who believed, supported and prayed. Together, we shall continue to work for the benefit of our people and the advancement of Kogi State.
