The Appeal court in Abuja FCT today delivered a judgement between Mr. Emmanuel Aduku and Mr. Akus Lawal, described the judgement of the Federal High Court Lokoja as Judicial Fraud and a nullity.
He therefore ordered that a fresh hearing be opened immediately and a judge be assigned from the Chief Justice of Nigeria for hearing.
Recall that, Honorable Aduku Emmanuel was the authentic winner of the Ankpa 1 constituency primary election under the platform of the APC. The party was however alledged to have shortchanged Akus for Lawal, who scored 2 votes in the primary election.
