The first runner up in the last Kogi State PDP Congress, Hon. Muhammad Sani Gambo, who also said he is the authentic Chairman of the Party in the State, has lauded the Court of Appeal for it painstaking judgment that affirmed Ude Okoye as Substantive National Secretary.
Recalled that the Appeal Court this week sacked the PDP National Secretary Anyanwu and affirm Ude Okoye as Substantive Secretary of the People’s Democratic Party.
In a statement issued to Newsmen in Lokoja, Hon. Muhammad lauded the Judiciary for once again proven to be the last hope of the common man, urged the Judiciary to also rekindled the spirit of the Kogi State PDP by doing the needful.
Hon. Muhammad congratulated the new National Secretary of the Party, urged him to work towards ensuring that justice is served on the Kogi PDP.
” With your victory and reaffirmation, the Judiciary has rekindled the hope of the voiceless and the common man. We wish that the Judiciary will continue in their excellent job by doing the right thing at the right time. We in Kogi State hopes that when it is our time, they should be courageous and do what is noble. Justice is the pride of any nation. We are looking forward to justice and fairness that will enable us put together behind all the past”.
Hon. Muhammad said he is looking up to the Judiciary for a landmark judgment that will reposition the Kogi PDP, expressed optimism that in a few days time he will be sworn in as the Kogi State Chairman of the PDP.
