APC withdraws anti Party Charges against Ex Kogi Assembly Minority leader.

 

The ruling All Progressive Congress, (APC) has withdrawn the charges of anti party activities against former minority Leader, Kogi State House of Assembly Hon. Yori Afolabi.

This was contained in a statement signed by the Chairman of APC, Iyah/Ayeh ward under Ijumu Local Government Area of Kogi State, Hon. Komolafe Kayode Idowu.

It could be recalled that, Afolabi, a Member of APC in Ijumu was suspended from the party on 8th March 2023.

The one page withdrawal letter reads in part: “Sequel to the letter of suspension of Hon. Yori Afolabi from the party, dated 8th March, 2023, the under listed Iyah Gbede Ward Executives of APC hereby withdraws and drop all charges against him for peaceful community settlement”.
