APC Concerned Youths Appeals to Gov. Ododo, Former Gov. Bello, Lokoja Kogi APC Leadership to Re-elect Hon. Danladi Suleiman Aguye.
The All Progressives Congress Concerned Youths are calling on Governor Usman Ahmed Ododo and former Governor Yahaya Bello to give Hon. Danladi Suleiman Aguye a return ticket in the upcoming elections.
The group in a statement issued to Newsmen by Comr. Isiaka Suleiman aka Fiki, said Hon. Aguye, the member representing Lokoja Kogi Federal Constituency, has earned praise for his outstanding performance, particularly in infrastructure development, job creation, and empowerment programs.
He listed some of his notable achievements to include Drilling and installation of boreholes, installation of solar-powered street lights, and construction of culverts and drainage systems
According to the spokesperson, Hon. Aguye has within his few years of representation secured 59 federal appointments for constituents, and appointment of 53 youth and women as grassroots mobilizers.
In the area of empowerment Programs, he mentioned the distribution of farming inputs, training of women and youths in various vocations, and provision of scholarships and medical bills assistance
The group believes Aguye’s re-election is crucial to continue his good works and urged the Leadership of Lokoja Koto to consider him for a second term.

He added that Hon Danladi Suleiman Aguye flagged off construction-of Okadigbo-bridge linking-felele-and Sarkin noma-communities.
He also said Hon. Aguye installed solar-powered street lights in various areas, including Lokoja old market and Kutepa Mosque to Cantonment Bridge.
“He also trained women and youths in various vocations, distributed farming inputs, and provided scholarships and medical bills assistance”.
He further said the humanitarian Works of Hon. Aguye has enabled him distribute food items, cattle, and rams to the community during festive periods.
Specifically, projects he has initiated include Water Projects Drilling and installation of boreholes in Otube community and Sarki-Noma.
His Road Infrastructure saw to the Construction of culverts and drainage systems in Angwan Yashi.
He Repaired motorized boreholes at Children Amusement Park and Ukwo Ward.
He said Hon. Aguye has also been recognized for his efforts in empowering youths and women, receiving an award for Best House of Reps Member in Empowerment Programs from the North-Central Zone.
Hon. Danladi Suleiman Aguye’s legislative functions he stressed include actively carrying out committee oversight functions to various institutions of government across the country, giving his people a greater sense of belonging.
He said Hon. Aguye has also moved a motion for the revival of the abandoned dredging of the lower River Niger.
He further said his Constituency Engagement is one that believes in hearing from a broad range of voices, diversifying and improving parliament’s knowledge base, enriching debate, and expanding deliberative capacity.
