Prominent Kogi politician and former Kogi PDP guber aspirant, Alhaji Abubakar Ibrahim; has on Tuesday expressed shock at the news of the demise of Kogi journalist and Head of Editorial, News and Current Affairs Department of Kogi State Broadcasting Corporation, Mrs Lucy Damian.
“The death of Mrs Lucy Damian came to me as a rude shock. Lucy is leaving us at a time the media needs its best. Her contribution to the media profession especially in Kogi State is one aspect she will be greatly missed,” a condolence message from Alhaji Abubakar Ibrahim to Kogi NUJ read.
“It is my prayer that God receives Mrs Lucy in His heavenly abode. Do kindly accept my condolence as we together mourn at a time like this,” the condolence message further read.
