Ajaokuta Federal Constituency: Sanni Abdulraheem’s Aspiration Gets A Boost Following Endorsement by Onoko Clan of Eganyi.


 

The people of Onoko Clan of Eganyi in Ajaokuta Local Government Area, (LGA), of Kogi state, has endorsed the candidature of Barr. Sanni Egodi Abdulraheem for Ajaokuta Federal Constituency House of Representatives on the platform of the All Progressive Congress, (APC) in 2023 general election.

 

 

Speaking at the event, the Special Adviser to Governor Yahaya Bello on Job Creation and SMEs Development, Hon. Prince Abdulkareem Onyekehi who is a great son of Onoko Clan stated that the entire people of Ajaokuta LGA has endorsed the candidature of Sanni Abdulraheem so the entire good people of Onoko Clan is strongly is support of the people’s choice ahead of 2023.

According to Hon. Onyekehi, Governor Yahaya Bello’s developmental strides in kogi state has been extended to Ajaokuta LGA in the last six years of his purposeful administration.

He sited the construction of an ultra-modern Specialist Hospital in Ajaokuta LGA, one of the four mega hospitals across kogi state, empowering the teaming youths and women of the area, providing security architecture that has secured lives and property and lot’s more.

Hon. Onyekehi told the people of Onoko Clan that they are thankful to Governor Yahaya Bello whose magnanimity and love for the traditional institution manifested in signing the appointment of the new Ovanebira of Onoko Clan and also upgraded the Ovanebira stool to Second Class.

“The history of ONOKO and EZI-EDE Clans has been in a very good book. Over the years, there has been great mutual understanding, intermarriage and helping one another to grow and that has been exhibited in this meeting.

The paramount traditional Ruler of Onoko clan, His Royal Highness, the Ovanebira of Eganyi, Mall. Idris Aboju Isiaka, Elders of Onoko clan from across the three districts of Ajaokura LGA, women, youths and teaming relatives of the good people of Onoko clan were all present.

Responding, Sanni Abdulraheem thanked the entire people of Onoko Clan for the show of love and reiterated that the days of bitterness amongst clans has gone, saying, “it is time to come together as a people to help develop our land irrespective of our personal or group interest.
